HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Your order is shipped within 1 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 15 to 20 business days worldwide.


Where do we deliver and what are the shipping costs?
We deliver in France. Standard shipping is FREE for all orders. Priority shipping incurs additional fees.

Your items are delivered through your local postal service.

Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office.


What happens if no one is home?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. If not, your parcel will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.


I made a mistake with the address, what should I do?
Don't worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will gladly update your details. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.


Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it’s 300% secure. Here’s why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock to the left of the URL is a reminder). Most sites only secure their "cart" and anything related to order payment. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, for payments, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are the industry leaders in online transaction security.


What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or payment upon receipt.


What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% "satisfaction or refund" guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as delivery confirmation.
